The real estate crisis blew itself and engulfed the loans rendering the debtors on repaying their liabilities. Thus the giant banks and huge corporations either collapsed or are on the verge of bankruptcy. Now spurned by intensive bailout subsidy packages, and in anticipation of heavy profits claimed by those announcements. Hence international banks and investment funds rushed to this sector and the collapse of Banks & American Financial Establishments spread to world. It is like the American cold sneeze has infected the world which is now caught in cold.

Some financial sector sources have estimated the losses incurred due to the real-estate mortgage at 300 billion dollars in the US alone and another 550 billion dollar outside the USA! Therefore the countries especially the wealthy ones began pumping in billions of dollars into the financial markets to restore confidence and enable some liquidity to stir up economic activity. In fact some countries like Britain intervened directly to the extent of nationalizing certain banks!

Thus an all impotent foundation of the capitalistic economy – free market and laissez faire- was demolished. These two are held as a creed by the capitalist. Even the American Senate in December 1999 issued an act of law prohibiting any restrictions on the financial system and declared keeping the financial markets free under all costs. Subsequently the invalidity and the corruption of this foundation or creed was manifest to its advocate, even the chief protagonist of capitalism the USA, announced its intervention in the market after a split approval by the Congress, the Senators and the Representatives. It decided on a plan devised by the Treasury Secretary Henry Polson to salvage the economy by pumping in 700 billion US dollars to purchase financial instruments issued by troubled banks and financial institutions in the real-estate mortgage. The Treasury Secretary within an hour of approval by the Congress set on to implement his plan.

This implies that after the burial of the Communist Socialist system it is the Capitalist economic system is on the death bed!

This set in motion world wide effort - 4 of the big European countries, France, Germany, Britian and Italy gathered for a meeting and called for a wider meeting to study the financial system. Similarly finance ministers and central bank officials in the group of 7 or group of 8 including Russia called for an early meeting in Washington

But will such efforts really salvage the capitalist economy as it is meant to be?

An observer of the realities of the Capitalist economic system can see that the system is on the verge of, if not already collapsed. Whatever efforts they have planned to salvage the system can at best relieve its pain for the time being and that is because the reasons behind the collapse require a serious treatment at its foundations and not a mere patch work. At the heart of these foundations there are four issues:

First: The clipping of gold as the standard currency , and bringing in dollar as a parallel standard at the end of the second world war under the Bretton Woods treaty and finally in the early seventies replacing gold by dollar as the monetary standard resulted in rendering the global economy susceptible to any economic shakeup in the United States. This was because the currencies of most other countries if not all were linked to the dollar instead of gold and the value of the dollar bill itself was not more than the paper on it was printed. Even after the advent of the Euro in the arena the dollar generally retained its position as most currencies kept linking to it.

It is for this reason that unless gold returns to its position of being the monetary standard such economic crises will certainly be repeated and any dollar shock will automatically shake the economies of other countries and even American policies that reflect on the dollar will also affect elsewhere. Similarly this may happen with any paper currency of an influential state.

Second: Interest based loans result in great economic difficulties even though the original loan amount gradually decreases in time with respect to the interest against it, that the individuals and state are still unable to repay the loans in many instances and this results in loan repayment crisis and the economic activity slows down due to inability of many or most of middle income group to repay the loans and this effects the production as well.

Third: the system and practices in the financial markets and stock exchanges of buying and selling of shares, financial instruments and commodities do not require possession of goods rather these are sold and bought many times over without being actually transferred from the original seller. This practice is invalid and this causes difficulties rather than solving them because this inflates and depreciates transaction even though the goods are nonexistent. All this spurs shakeups in the markets, thus profits and losses accrue through various speculative means and they may continue repeatedly undiscovered and result in economic crisis.

Fourth: This very important points concerns the total unawareness among the thinkers both in the East as well as the West about the ownership-under the communist socialist ideology, all ownership is vested in the state and under the liberal capitalist ideology, it is held by the private sector with no state intervention simply because the liberal capitalist ideology promotes free market. This is further compounded and exacerbated by globalisation.

The complete ignorance of this reality leads to economic tremors and crises. This is because it is not as if the ownership rights are to be held by the state and the private sector alone, there are three types of ownerships:

First: Public Ownership. This comprises solid, liquid and gaseous minerals including petrol, iron, copper, gold, natural gases etc. found in the depths of earth, all forms of energies and the energy-intensive heavy industrial plants. These public properties are to be managed by the state and distributed to people as services.
Second: These comprise the various taxes that are collected by the state, along with the revenues accrued to the state from agricultural, trade and industrial activity outside the ambit of public properties. The state disposes these incomes as state expenses.
Third: The private ownership. This unlike the above two, is held by individuals and disposed off in accordance with the Shariah rules.

If these ownerships are categorised as one and are held either by the state or the private sector, crises and failures are inevitable. This has previously led to the collapse of the communist economic model as they had vested all ownership in the state. In the communist economic system, the sectors that must naturally be owned by the state were a success story- like the petrol and heavy industry etc. On the contrary, such sectors that must naturally be held in the private ownership like most agriculture, trade and small to medium industry were a disaster and led to its downfall. Similarly the capitalist economy has failed and is on the verge of its doom in due course. This is because it vested ownership of public utilities and properties like petrol, gases, energy sources, heavy and even strategic arms industry to individuals, enterprises and companies, while the state remained shunted from the markets without owning things that it was responsible for. This was done in the name of free markets, non intervention and globalisation. The natural results of these were inevitable-repeated recessions, rapid collapse of one financial market after another and one corporation after another.

This is how the communist ideology failed and now the capitalistic ideology is on the verge of its doom.

Indeed it is the Islamic economic model alone that cures and prevents the occurrence of such economic crises and which has already prohibited such factors that lead to economic crises in the first place.

Islam mandates that only gold & silver and nothing else be the monetary standard and that paper currency issued in lieu of the monetary standard be fully backed by gold and silver and be convertible on demand. Consequently, paper currency of one country should not be tied to the currency of another country; rather each state’s currency must be free of another currency and have its own fixed, unalterable & intrinsic value.

Islam has further prohibited interest in all its forms and mandated loans to the needy to assist them without any interest or surcharge over their principal amount. It requires that the treasury, the Bait ul maal have a separate head to provide interest-free loans to the needy and farmers in order to assist them.

Islam similarly prohibits selling of goods before the buyer takes possession, thus disallowing transactions in goods not in possession. It has also prohibited transactions in financial instruments, derivatives and shares resulting from invalid contracts as well as speculative trading allowed in the capitalist economy in the name of freedom of ownership.

Islam further disallows individuals, companies and corporations from ownership of items coming under the purview of public ownership like petrol, minerals, energy sources, electrical energy etc. and charged state with managing them in accordance with Shariah rules.

In this manner Islamic economic system has addressed and treated all economic problems and crises resulting from man’s heartlessness. This is the system mandated by the Creator of the universe Who knows what is beneficial for His creation.

Oh Muslims!

Allah (swt) has blessed a place of honour to you through the great deen of Islam which He revealed to His Messenger (saw) and also warned you through it. It is due to Islam that you are the best of nation raised for the people of the world and in the implementation of this deen lies your honour and prosperity. This prosperity is not for you alone but for the entire humanity after it has gone through and yet suffering from oppression under the man made laws of the devil around its neck.

Moreover, the implementation of this great deen of Islam will not be by concealing it under covers of the book but by establishing a state that implements it and carries its message to the world – the Khilafah State on the model of Prophethood which will revive a blessed, safe and secure life.

But remember while you remain couched in your comfort , Allah (swt) will not send down His angels who will establish the State rather the establishment of this State has mandated upon you just as the Prophet had established a State in Madinah and his companions and their followers had continued to do so thereafter……

Oh Muslims! Indulge in your blessing, be prepared and stand up to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir and support it and ask seek Allah’s grace to be with a Hizb which Allah has blessed so that Allah’s promise of granting authority and succession, as well as the glad tiding by the prophet (saw) of the re-emergence of Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood are realised.

Oh Muslims! You are the torch bearers of well being for the world and more deserving of its leadership.

والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون

Hizb ut Tahrir: Obama Offers Sugar-Coated Poison for the Region!

Obama concluded his tour of Turkey yesterday Tuesday 7th April, 2009. This visit was full of sugar-coated statements trying to convince that he was not at war against either Islam or Muslims, and that Turkey is important for America and the world as a bridge between the West and the Islamic world. He also stressed that America’s relations with Muslims is not confined to merely fighting terrorism, but it extends to many other issues as well. Obama also said that he will work towards a dialogue etc., He spoke on these lines in his address to the Turkish parliament, during his various meetings and conferences whilst in Turkey.
Despite the fact that there is nothing good about these statements, it is akin to a riverbed that holds neither water nor can it sustain any vegetation! However, officials in Turkey and Arab countries especially Iraq, then Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan perceive Obama as being close to them unlike his predecessor and they welcome his statements regard him not as a man of war like his predecessor Bush but as a man calling for peace! They applause his statements and conferences despite the fact that his defence secretary Robert Gates’ announcement that in the US Defence budget, his will stress before the US Congress on increased spending in America’s war in Afghanistan & Iraq- which in other words simply means spilling more of Muslim blood! This also coincides with the announcement by the US Justice Department about the arrest of an Iranian national on charges of exporting military aircraft components to Iran!
One of the greatest tragedy to have befallen the Ummah, are its rulers who remain a silent spectators-despite the treachery; deaf-despite the wailings of the oppressed; and blind to the sufferings of Muslims. Another misfortune is that from among the Ummah are those who applaud and cheer such rulers:
{فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ}!
“Thus he [Fir’aun (Pharaoh)] befooled (and misled) his people, and they obeyed him.” [TMQ 43: 54].
Oh Muslims! These rulers have NO regard for you, they have dumped you to be killed and butchered, if you obey them or follow their ways, then the forewarning of Allah’s Messenger (saw) comes apt for you, he (saw) said:
«إِنَّهُ سَتَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ مَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَيْسَ بِوَارِدٍ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ»
There will be rulers after me, whoever testifies to their falsehood and lies and helped them in their treachery, he is not from me, and I am not from him (i.e. I have nothing to do with him). He shall not come near me at the cistern (Hawdh Kauthar). And whoever does not testify to their falsehood and does not help him in his treachery, he is from me and I am from him and he shall meet me at the Hawdh. Oh Muslims!
How does the policy of Obama differ from Bush’s policy for the region?
Doesn’t Obama swear by the same policies for Palestine that were adopted by Bush? He talks of the ‘Road Map’, the Annapolis and the two-state theory?!, each of which is as grave a sin as the other. In simple words, all these things merely comprise surrendering almost all Palestinian territories to the Jews; the territories that include the sacred lands of al-Isra wal Me’raj and this leaces just a handful of land for the Palestinians- that too with no real authority and no sovereignty. Would you cheer for such a ‘wise’ man?
Is this not exactly what Bush did and what his successor is repeating?
Even in Iraq, where is Obama any different to Bush? Aren’t the American soldiers roaming there like jackals poaching on its prey and causing havoc and uprooting people’s lives? Aren’t they still holding on to real power and authority there? Hasn’t Obama only resumed where Bush had left. It is just that the American master of its agents in Iraq has just had a change of face in Washington and now the new face will hold the leash of its agents in Iraq. Obama ha s declared that he will not withdraw all of his troops from Iraq until end of 2011, i.e. if he withdraws!
And how does he differ from Bush in Afghanistan? Aren’t they US & NATO troops killing women, children and the infirm day and night, day in and day out, where is any respite for the people? Moreover, Obama wants to send even more troops! And he is urging his partners in NATO to send even more troops. Has he not declared this openly? Can a Muslim applaud Obama who brazenly declares his intentions of killing even more? Is it not shameful to applaud and cheer him? i.e. if they still have any degree of shame!
The how does Obama differ from Bush in Pakistan? Aren’t the US killer drones and aircrafts bombing their missiles on the tribal region day and night? In fact some of these aircrafts take-off from Pakistani airports?! And yet the envoys of the Pentagon and the US State Departments feasting delectable dinners and enjoying parties hosted by Pakistani government agencies- both by the previous regime as well as the present rulers?
Take the case of Iran. In what way does Obama differ from Bush? He is treading along the same policy outlined by Bush towards Iran. Bush had wanted Iran to participate in the dialogue on Iraq, because it suited the US agenda and interest, Obama has invited Iran for dialogue on Afghanistan, again, because it serves American interest. It is the American interest which is paramount for both Bush and Obama. Just as Bush called to prevent Iran from enriching Uranium, Obama has simply renewed the same call. Is it that Bush was opposed to Iran’s nuclear policy and Obama is not opposed to it? Is it that Bush wanted to impose sanctions on Iran and Obama is opposed to any sanctions on Iran? If there is any difference between them, it is merely in their approach and not content, their policies are merely a mirror reflection of each other!
And where is any real difference even in the case of Turkey which just recently played host to Obama? Just like his predecessor Bush, Obama has also called Turkey to mediate in the dialogue between Syria and the Jewish state. Hasn’t Obama been urging Turkey to normalise its relations with Armenia, just as Bush had done? In fact Obama clearly asked Turkey to come to terms with its history… which in effect means, to reject its glorious past. This effectually is a slap on Turkey’s face and it does not become any less grave by the fact that Obama has assured Turkey that he will not insist on the Armenian issue during the current year. Actually in other words it means that US is giving Turkey a deadline of one year on the Armenian issue. Obama has turned Turkey into its front-line state to defend America and to project itself in the region. America hopes to achieve this by forming a strategic partnership with Turkey where Turkey will be used a bridge between the US and the Islamic world.
In fact American policies are NOT decided by the President of the United States, for this, there are other establishments which have both Republican and Democratic parties’ representation. Hence when a president departs, their national policies do not evaporate with him, just the approach and manner of achieving those goals are modified. This is something that every sensible person who has even a rudimentary knowledge of things, is aware of. The only people who do not understand this are their agents in these Muslim statelets, who have hearts, yet they understand not; who have eyes, but they see not; it is not merely blindness if the eyes, it is actually the blindness of their hearts; the hearts in their chests!

Oh Muslims!
Obama’s deceptions and lies are not unforeseen or strange, he says that he is not at war with Islam or Muslims, yet is actually engaged in brutally and mercilessly killing Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan, in the barbaric war, and this is obvious to anyone who can see, the wailings of the victims is loud and clear, day and night. This is not strange, it was very much expected. Such is the attitude of the kuffar colonialists who detest Islam and bear hatred towards Muslims so much that they do not regard killing a Muslim as murder; they do not consider destroying their properties as destruction. To them it is merely testing their weapons right in Muslim chest!
But the strangeness or rather tragedy is that Obama has chosen to repeat these statements in the very capital of the last Khilafah. This is the same place that even a mere mention of its name would cause shivers in the enemy as well as his horses, a place they would dare not come near… and now the Muslims can not even talk loudly in his face, can not confront or challenge him, they merely applaud him and cheer for him!!
Lastly, Bush and Obama are merely the faces of the same coin; they outsmart each other in their hate for Islam & Muslims. They differ from each other in that while Bush would spit his venom openly and earn the wrath and anger of the Muslim Ummah, to the extent that his agents in the Muslim world could only serve their masters’ interests covertly and with a sense of shame; while Obama on the other hand has coated the very same venom with cream so as to numb and paralyse the Ummah so that it would not dare to confront America in its face. His agents now stand invigorated and re-energised and are now serving their masters interests and wishes without any sense of shame!!
Obama believes that he has successfully deceived the people of the region just because he sees the agent rulers and their cohorts cheering and clapping for him….but he is misled in his belief, he and his allies and agents either are either forgetting or ignoring that these agent rulers who are cheering up for him are not the whole of Ummah, nor do they represent the Ummah…
The Islamic Ummah is alive and aware and is on its way to restore its place of honour and prestige, the position of leading the nations and people under its Khilafah State. The Islamic Ummah is pure and pristine, strong, it is an Ummah that Allah willing, cannot be subdued or overwhelmed by the evil men, the Pharaohs of this era.

{أَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ يَسْبِقُونَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ}

“Or think those who do evil deeds that they can outstrip Us (i.e. escape Our punishment)? Evil is that which they judge!” [TMQ: al-‘Ankaboot: 04].

Obama Invades Muslim Countries

Beginning with Turkey to Egypt past Saudia!

Not even two months have passed since Obama visited and spoke in Istanbul, and now he has crossed the entire breadth of Egypt and the Arabian Peninsula. The Egyptian regime laid out a red carpet welcome for him this morning of Thursday, 4th June, 2009 as if a victor was being received! Right from 9 O’ Clock in the morning when his plane landed, or even before that, there was unprecedented level of maximum alert in and around the airport. The security forces were everywhere and so were the elaborate decorations in honour of the President of the United States of America, the head of Kufr (disbelief) whose hands are still stained with blood of Muslim from Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan etc….
The Egyptian regime prepared an elaborate convoy for President Obama who was flanked on all sides by the elite cavalry guard and accompanying luxury limousines complete with music bands. He was received at the presidential palace al-Qubba’s entrance by the president of the Egyptian regime with full honours and then taken to the Cairo University to rise to its podium and address the Muslims!
Despite the fact that his speech did not differ in content from the policies of his predecessor, either with reference to the subject of American wars on Muslim countries, or on the issue of Palestine, the US’s special relationship with Jewish state, or the issue of nuclear weapons or in relation to any major or marginal issue. His speech throughout remained focused on US interests and all the way through the speech he tried to influence the Muslim public opinion to take it in their stride or ‘digest’ the American wars on the Muslim lands.
Yet, the outline of his speech stood out from those of his predecessor for being deceptively soft and all-embracing, but it was certainly an exercise in public-relations, it was to be heard for Obama’s own convictions and the art of deception:
{وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ تُعْجِبُكَ أَجْسَامُهُمْ وَإِنْ يَقُولُوا تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ خُشُبٌ مُسَنَّدَةٌ يَحْسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيْحَةٍ عَلَيْهِمْ هُمُ الْعَدُوُّ فَاحْذَرْهُمْ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ }.
“And when you look at them, their bodies please you; and when they speak, you listen to their words. They are as blocks of wood propped up. They think that every cry is against them. They are the enemies, so beware of them. May Allâh curse them! How are they denying (or deviating from) the Right Path?” [TMQ al-Munafiqoun: 04]
This was as far as the public relations exercise went, as for the sensitive issues and credible matters, the speech was sharply flagrant and offensive and it demonstrated his unapologetic hostility for the Muslim issues:
{وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ}
“But what their breasts conceal is far worse.” [TMQ aal-‘Imran: 118]
He began first of all with threats to what he called the “terrorists” and separatists in Afghanistan and Pakistan and vowed that he will never tolerate them and will call upon nations to fight them. He boasted that he cobbled up a coalition of 46 countries to fight them in Afghanistan! He is not content with that, but has begun to fire missiles on Pakistan directly and indirectly and is not bothered about it; rather, he justified the killing of women, children and the elderly. This has happened repeatedly in Afghanistan and he justified these as unintended errors!! But of course if the killing of women and children does not come to light, then the death-toll is simply accounted for as the killings of the separatists. As a matter of fact, Obama regards any Muslim as extremist and “terrorist”, who adheres to his faith, who does not want his country to be occupied by America or who does not tolerate his sanctities being violated by the Jews!
Yet despite all his evil deeds, in spite of the brutal and non-stop killings in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq, Obama repeated the words he had spoken in Turkey, that he does not want to fight Islam and Muslims! The Prophet (saw) truthfully said in his noble hadith:
«إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ»
“If you are not ashamed, do as you please”.
The American troops have committed slaughter in the Muslim lands, waging bloody wars against Muslims day and night, killing Muslims and relentlessly expelling people from their homelands…. Yet Obama repeats that he is not fighting Muslims!
He then shifted to Palestine and declared forcefully that America’s, relations both military and otherwise with the Jewish state which has usurped the Palestinian lands, were permanent that can not be severed. He declared that that the Jewish state will remain on the occupied Palestinian lands and that he will not accept any alternative to this! Obama then stressed the two-state proposal i.e. the right of Jews over most of the Palestinian lands and in exchange for this guarantee, small, insignificant lands, if at all, and called it as the homeland for Palestinians! He then referred to the issue of settlements and touched upon the naïve sensitivities of credulous people and said that he wants and end to settlements; which implies not removing the already established settlements, rather merely stopping new ones when there is no more land that the Jews consider secure enough for their settlements except if they were to build forts and castles! And even this so-called ceasing of settlements is conditional to stopping of any hostility against the Jewish state reminding all the way to the fatal path of his Road Map!
Then he stumbled upon the nuclear weapons issue in his speech and focused on Iran. He clarified that he wants to see a nuclear free Middle-East where there is no race for nuclear armament. He conveniently forgot the Jewish state which he knows is a state with nuclear weapons!
Despite his entire speech being full of threats on the issues of Muslims, the Egyptian regime welcomed this man who came with his evil and sweet smooth-talk attempting to cover the stains of innocent blood that he and his troops have spilled in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan. The Egyptian regime arranged for a crowd and clapping and waiving hands to give the impression and perception of acceptance of his venomous speech by the Egyptian people.
This arranged and fake applause was evident for anyone who kept his eyes open. How else could one applaud the two-nation proposal? Can a Muslim accept, let alone applaud the partition of the holy land of Isra’ wal Mi’raj to be shared between him and illegitimate usurper?
How could he clap his hands and applaud him while he cites the ayah of the Quran out of its context:
{مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا}
“Because of that, We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind,” [TMQ al-Maa’idah: 32]
He referred to such Muslims who fight America as extremists, although this ayah was the first to be revealed about the Bani Israel, yet Obama refers to Muslims who defend their faith, their people, and fights those who violate upon Muslims and considers them as those who have killed the entire mankind. Yet the same Obama fails to see the Jewish state which has relentlessly been killing innocent people, usurping their lands, expelling them from their own homeland, violates their sanctities, creates mischief and wreaks havoc and Obama does not term all these acts as killing entire mankind! He does not consider the slaughter by his American troops as killing of mankind, Allah says:

How could he be cheered and applauded when he asserts that the existing settlements are not a problem, but building new ones is the problem? The fact is that both types are illegitimate! It is only the unthinking stooges of this system who could stand up to cheer him for his remarks!?
Al Quds was first liberated by Omar who decreed that no Jew will reside there, it was again liberated by Salahuddin, and yet Obama declares this al-Quds as the common homeland of the Jews, Christian and Muslims? How could anyone cheer Obama for such comments, and yet the fact remains that he was referring to the eastern portion of al Quds and not Western part!
Indeed all the applause was fake and make-believe and the regime was not able to conceal this clumsy fact despite the fact that it had arranged the entire stage to project Obama image as being friendly and portray him as a just and tolerant man and also to cover-up the image of Egypt as a stooge of America which stands neutral in its view of Palestine and treats both the usurpers of Palestine and the rightful Palestinians as same, rather its neutrality is inclined towards the Jewish entity!

Indeed Obama has come to you in the garb of a harmless saint so that you do not see his real-self. He is far more dangerous than the one who does not conceal his hostility towards you. All this is to make approach him for your problems, remember, the naked reality of America under Bush is not a thing of a by-gone past. America has chosen to attack your lands despite the fact that are already ruled by its henchmen and stooges. Despite its vast and enormous weapons, armaments and open hostility towards you, America was under awe and scared of you. But in spite of its occupation of your lands and killing of its people, Obama wants you to cheer and clap for him. He is using his patent smile to deceive you into being loyal to him! As a poet said:

“He comes to you with his sweet tongue” “But he is as cunning and crafty as a fox!”
Oh Muslims!
Obama has randomly selected these three venues from where he cunningly addressed you, these landmarks are chosen with great care and meaning: He launched from Istanbul, passing over the Arabian Peninsula and came to the lands of Egypt. He is fully aware that Istanbul is the land of Sultan al-Fateh and it stood as barrier and prevented the Jews from usurping control over Palestine; He is aware that the Arabian Peninsula was the launch-point of the first Islamic State from where Omar emerged and liberated al-Quds; and Obama is well aware that the land of Egypt was the province of Salahuddin’s from where he launched and liberated al-Quds from the Crusaders!
Obama is fully aware of these, so he has come to these countries carrying the message that the era of your pride and prestige is over and done with, and that power and authority now is at the command of Obama and his allies and America enjoys hegemony. More than many Muslims, the Kuffar colonialists are aware of the power centres and sources of strength, they study our history, our faith and are aware of our source of our strength as well as the laudable traits of this Ummah. It was not a mere coincidence that he mentioned the ayah of the Quran:
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا}
“O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another.” [TMQ al-Hujurat: 13]
And stopped before referring to its last part without which it is not complete, it says:
{إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ}
“Verily, the most honourable of you with Allâh is that (believer) who has At-Taqwâ [i.e. he is one of the Muttaqûn (the pious. See V.2:2)]. Verily, Allâh is All-Knowing, Well-Acquainted (with all things).” [TMQ al-Hujurat: 13]
Obama conveniently forgot to mention that it is Taqwah which makes the Islamic Ummah honourable and renders America and its allies humiliated and degraded.
Oh Muslims!
Obama tried to portray himself as if he ruled over the world and all the so-called states in the Muslims lands were servants to him who give him what ever he wished. They laid out roses decorations for his reception more than he is entitled to in his own country! His liking is that of the Pharaoh and his people:
{فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ}
“Thus he [Fir’aun (Pharaoh)] befooled (and misled) his people, and they obeyed him. Verily, they were ever a people who were Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).” [TMQ az Zukhruf: 54]
It is another matter that Obama was clever, smart and crafty as he tries to project himself in his speech. He should realise that land of Istanbul, the Arabian Peninsula and Egypt have not welcomed him, in fact he should know that he was welcomed by the treacherous group of rulers whom the Muslims by and large rejected and ostracized. He should also be aware that his smooth, deceptive talk and the softness of his words have not gone unnoticed by the Muslims who fully well realise the real meanings concealed craftily behind those words. Obama will do well to see that the cheers and clapping is what the men in these welcoming regimes do routinely (to their masters).
Hizb-ut-Tahrir declares to Obama and to the entire world that Islam has its sincere and dedicated men who shall definitely establish the Islamic State in the world not by exploiting the world or colonising it and pillaging its resources; but through establishing justice, eliminating oppression, restoring rights to all where it is due. This is when America will find its rightful place which is of humiliation and submission, and the Jewish entity which has illegitimately occupied the Palestinian lands will be eliminated once and for all restoring the whole of Palestine to the Islamic State. This is when the earth will witness the re-emergence of the Khilafah and goodness will prevail over every nook and corner of the world.

Concepts of Hizb ut-Tahrir

Since the middle of the twelfth century Hijri (eighteenth century C.E.) the Islamic world has been rapidly declining from its correct position and sinking horribly to the abyss of decline. Numerous attempts have been undertaken to revive it, or at least to halt the decline, but to no avail. The Islamic world remains in a state of gloom, anarchy and decline, and it still suffers the consequences of such backwardness and disorder.

The reason for its decline is due to one single factor, the severe weakness that destroyed the ability of the minds in understanding Islam. The cause for this weakness was the detachment of the capacity of the Arabic language from the capacity of Islam when the Arabic language was ignored both in understanding and carrying Islam from the beginning of the seventh century Hijri onwards. Accordingly, unless the capacity of the Arabic language is mixed with the capacity of Islam by making the Arabic language the language of Islam as a fundamental and inseparable part of it, the decline will continue to drag the Muslims down. This is because it is the linguistic capacity that carried the capacity of Islam and consequently intermingled with it, such that the perfect carrying of Islam cannot be undertaken except by it; and if it is neglected, Ijtihad (deriving of AHkam from texts) in Shar’a (divine law) cannot be undertaken. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a fundamental condition in Ijtihad. Furthermore Ijtihad is necessary for the Ummah since progress within the Ummah cannot occur except by utilising it.

There are three reasons why the attempts undertaken to revive the Muslims with Islam failed; The first is the lack of an accurate understanding of the Islamic fikrah (idea) by those who assumed the burden of revival. The second is the lack of clarity of the Tareeqah (method) of Islam in implementing its fikrah. The third is the failure of those who assumed the burden of revival to link the Islamic fikrah with the Islamic Tareeqah tightly and inseparably.

Islamic Supremacist Group Holds First U.S. Conference

A group committed to establishing an international Islamic empire and reportedly linked to Al Qaeda is stepping up its Western recruitment efforts by holding its first official conference in the U.S.

Hizb ut-Tahrir is a global Sunni network with reported ties to confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Al Qaeda in Iraq's onetime leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. It has operated discreetly in the U.S. for decades.

Now, it is coming out of the shadows and openly hosting a July 19 conference entitled, "The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam," at a posh Hilton hotel in a suburb of Chicago.

Hizb ut-Tahrir insists that it does not engage in terrorism, and it is not recognized by the State Department as a known terror group.

But some terrorism experts say it may be even more dangerous than many groups that are on the terror list.

"Hizb ut-Tahrir is one of the oldest, largest indoctrinating organizations for the ideology known as jihadism," Walid Phares, director of the Future of Terrorism Project at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told FOXNews.com.

Phares said that Hizb ut-Tahrir, rather than training members to carry out terrorist acts like Al Qaeda, focuses instead on indoctrinating youths between ages of 9 and 18 to absorb the ideology that calls for the formation of an empire — or "khilafah" — that will rule according to Islamic law and condones any means to achieve it, including militant jihad.

Hizb ut-Tahrir often says that its indoctrination "prepares the infantry" that groups like Al Qaeda take into battle, Phares said.

"It's like a middle school that prepares them to be recruited by the high school, which is Al Qaeda," he said. "One would compare them to Hitler youth. ... It's an extremely dangerous organization."

Phares said Hizb ut-Tahrir has strongholds in Western countries, including Britain, France and Spain, and clearly is looking to strengthen its base in the U.S.

"The aim of this conference is to recruit within the Muslim community in America," he said. "The Middle East governments go after them, but in the U.S. they are protected, so having a base here is going to help their cells around the world."

Representatives of Hizb ut-Tahrir declined to comment when contacted by FOXNews.com.

Oren Segal, director of Islamic Affairs for the Anti-Defamation League, said the conference is cause for concern.

"While they're not, for the most part, engaging in violent activities, and they publicly say that they're against violence, there have been examples around the world where people who have spun off of this group have engaged in violent activity," Segal told FOXNews.com. "That's why they're banned in several Arab and Central Asian countries, as well as Germany and Russia."

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is one of the group's most famous alumni, New Statesman journalist Shiv Malik reported, citing intelligence sources. In addition to plotting the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, he also is implicated in the World Trade Center bombing of 1993, the Bali nightclub bombings and the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.

Malik's report, the public policy institute the Nixon Center and the counter-extremism think tank the Quilliam Foundation agree that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who was the leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq until he was killed in June 2006, also was once a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

They say other former members include Asif Muhammad Hanif, a British man who blew himself up outside a bar in Tel Aviv, killing four people (including himself) and wounding more than 50; and Omar Bakri Mohammed, a radical cleric currently banned from Britain who praised the 9/11 attacks, raised funds for Hezbollah and Hamas and called for attacks on the Dublin airport because U.S. troops transfered there on their way to Iraq.

Segal said Hizb ut-Tahrir is becoming more active online in the U.S. — particularly on social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace — and now it may be able to add a significant number of Americans to its ranks.

But one place the group will likely not be recruiting is a local Islamic school that backed out of hosting the conference.

The non-profit Aqsa school in Bridgeview said Hizb ut-Tahrir had deceptively portrayed the conference as a bazaar-type event where traditional food and clothing would be sold.

"They misrepresented themselves and the event. We don't want to be in the middle of something like that," the school's business manager Rana Jaber, told CBS News.

The conference's new venue doesn't seem to mind.

Hilton Oak Lawn General Manager Rick Harmon said Hizb ut-Tahrir used its own name when it reserved the room for the conference, but the hotel was not aware of the content of the event, which includes lectures entitled "Capitalism is Doomed to Fail," "The Global Rise of Islam," and the "Role of Muslims in America," until after the contract was signed.

Still, Harmon said the hotel is open to all kinds of meetings, that don't necessarily reflect its position or beliefs.

"We're United States citizens and an American business — if it's legal, we're able to host it, as long as it's nothing that disrupts our other guests' privacy and security," Harmon told FOXNews.com.

According to the Khilafah Conference 2009 Web site, the group aims to do neither.

"Hizb-ut-Tahrir is convinced that change must start in the minds of people, and therefore does not accept for people, or societies, to be forced to change by means of violence and terror," it reads.

The site, which includes a promotional YouTube video, says the group "does not work in the West to change the system of government, but works to project a positive image of Islam to Western society."

But former member Ishtiaq Hussain said Hizb ut-Tahrir is repackaging itself as a moderate organization as a tactic, while in reality it is "extremist."

"They don't recognize countries like Israel, for example; they don’t believe Israel should exist," Hussain, now a trainer for the Quilliam Foundation, told FOXNews.com. "Some of their leaders have denied the Holocaust, and they believe homosexuals should be thrown off the highest building. ... It's actually a very dangerous group."

Hizb ut-Tahrir itself has also published writings that seem to contradict its tenet of non-violence.

In his book, "How the Khilafah Was Destroyed," Sheikh Abdul Qadeem Zalloom, the former global leader of Hizb ut-Tahrir, says anyone who rules by a non-Islamic system should "either retract or be killed ... even if this led to several years of fighting and even if it led to the killing of millions of Muslims and to the martyrdom of millions of believers."

Hizb ut-Tahrir's official ruling on the permissibility of hijacking planes says, "If the plane belongs to a country at war with Muslims, like Israel, it is allowed to hijack it, for there is no sanctity for Israel nor for the Jews in it."

But, despite these threats and calls to action, Hizb ut-Tahrir remains off the State Department's terror watch list, and it is free to host the Khilafah Conference and any other event like it.

"In other parts of the world where they're really very active, they've drawn tens of thousands of people to some of their events," Segal said.

"It'll be interesting to see to what degree they'll be welcomed here."

Its purpose was to revive the Islamic Ummah from the severe decline that it had reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of Kufr, as well as the domination and influence of the Kufr states. It also aims to restore the Islamic Khilafah State so that the ruling by what Allah (swt) revealed returns.

Its aim is to resume the Islamic way of life and to convey the Islamic da'wah to the world. This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in Dar al-Islam and in an Islamic society such that all of life's affairs in society are administered according to the Shari'ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram under the shade of the Islamic State, which is the Khilafah State.

The Party, as well, aims at the correct revival of the Ummah through enlightened thought. It also strives to bring her back to her previous might and glory such tat she wrests the reins of initiative away from other states and nations, and returns to her rightful place as the first state in the world, as she was in the past, when she governs the world according to the laws of Islam.

Hizb ut-Tahrir America (HTA) has indicated that it has transitioned from its covert status to a public phase of operations by issuing an announcement, signed in its own name, that it will host a conference in July 2009 to support the establishment of a Caliphate. The promotional video can be viewed on YouTube. The event, titled "The Fall of Capitalism and Rise of Islam," is scheduled for Sunday, July 19th, 2009, at the Aqsa School in Bridgeview, Illinois.

Bridgeview is a suburb of Chicago. Chicago has been a major hub of HTA's activities for the past ten years, approximately. According to information available on the internet, the Aqsa School is a private Islamic primary and secondary school. Although HTA's Khilafah conference will be held at the school, there is no public indication that the school, its staff, or its board members are directly involved with HTA.

Last fall, after HTA issued a leaflet in its own name calling for Muslims not to participate in the U.S. elections, I wrote a brief post on CTB about the possible transition of HTA to the second stage of its development. According to party doctrine, Hizb ut Tahrir (HT) implements its strategy in three stages--The first stage is the covert level of development in which members are recruited and trained. In the second stage, members promote the party's methods and objectives publicly in order to win the support of the Muslim population. The final stage is the establishment of an Islamic government and military, in order to carry HT's "message to the world."

Indeed, HTA's announcement that it will host the Khilafah conference in July indicates that the U.S.-based branch now perceives itself as solidly prepared to emerge from its covert status into the second stage. HTA has held Khilafah conferences, and other major conferences, in the past, but has only done so from behind fronts and covers.

Other international branches of HT that have advanced from the developmental stage to the public phase have done so after achieving a level of internal fortitude that would enable the branch to withstand opposition. The transition may indicate that HTA perceives a level of comfort in an operating environment in which aggressive challenge from the government or the public is not anticipated. In order to sustain operations publicly, the branch leaders must be confident that members are loyal and committed to HT's objectives.
